Service Overview:
Our Service includes a comprehensive profile assessment with one on one consultation with migration agents and education counsellors.
Appointment Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
- 1.Clients can reschedule their appointments up to two times without incurring additional fees, provided the requests are made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- 2.To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must notify us prior 24 hours via email at visa@studyglobe.au
- 3.Once a cancellation or rescheduling request has been received and processed, clients will receive a confirmation through any communication channel i.e. email, message or whatsapp.
- 4.Rescheduling within 24 hours is not permitted, except under exceptional circumstances as mentioned below:
Refund Policy:
- 1.There will be no refunds processed once the consultation has been booked and the process has commenced. However, there would be discretional refund on the mutual consent.
- 2.No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be provided.
- 3.Refunds will be processed to the same account or card used for the original payment in case of agreed settlement.
- 4.The refund process may take up to 10 working days.
